 Excellet sexual harassment at workplace (vishakha judgement, present Law that is very hard to misused), have been thrown to dustbin, by radical feminists at ministry of women and child development (WCD) , in making this LAW Proposal. Still WCD is saying in press that the LAW proposal is made due to Supreme court guidelines .
